MEET THE FOUNDER

A real person.
In your corner.

Hi, I’m Erin Dudley,
founder of CareKey Partners.

Caring for my dad through appointments and hospice showed me how much work happens after a care plan is written. The calls, forms, and follow-up often filled the time I wanted to spend simply being his daughter.

I started CareKey to help carry those details. I personally handle intake, coordination, and follow-up, with virtual support and scheduled visits across Greater Pittsburgh.

Who is CareKey for?

CareKey supports adults of all ages who need help coordinating the practical details of care. That includes people returning home after a hospital or rehab stay, older adults, adults with disabilities, and family members supporting someone from a distance.

What does “non-clinical” mean?

We organize and coordinate practical tasks. We do not provide nursing, diagnosis, medical treatment, medication administration, emergency response, or licensed personal care. Clinical questions and treatment decisions stay with your licensed healthcare professionals.

Can you help if I live out of state?

Yes. If the person you’re supporting is in Greater Pittsburgh, CareKey can provide local coordination and scheduled in-person support, with updates to family members as authorized by the client.

How much does support cost?

One-time support starts at $199; monthly coordination starts at $299. See Services & Pricing above for hours and options. We agree on scope and fees before work begins.

How is CareKey different from a hospital social worker, county program, or home care agency?

These services play important roles, and what each provides varies. CareKey adds privately arranged, ongoing follow-through on the practical tasks you choose: calls, applications, scheduling, service arrangements, and authorized updates. We work alongside existing providers and do not replace medical care, public programs, or hands-on caregiving.

How do you handle information and permission?

Keep your first inquiry general and avoid sending medical records, diagnoses, or ID numbers. Before coordination begins, we agree in writing on the tasks, necessary permissions, and who may receive updates. Asking a question or paying for support does not by itself authorize access to another adult’s records or decisions. Providers may require their own release forms.

What happens after I request a consultation?

Erin reviews your request and follows up using your preferred contact method to discuss your needs, service area, scheduling, and fit. Services are arranged in advance; submitting a request does not reserve a visit or create a service agreement. This is not an emergency service. For emergencies, call 911.
